June 8, 2015: Vancouver, British Columbia: Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (GRV: TSX-V) (Gold Reach and/or the Company) is very pleased to announce that Mr. Patrick Bell has joined the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Bell is a former British Columbia cabinet minister who served three terms in the BC Legislature and held a number of high profile positions with the Provincial Government, including Minister of State for Mining, Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation, Minister of Forests and Range, and Minister of Agriculture.  Over the years Mr. Bell has owned a variety of businesses in British Columbia ranging from logging and trucking to hospitality and the Provinces most northerly winery. “

Mr. Bell was formerly Executive Vice President of Conifex Timber Inc., and now remains focused on his winery in Prince George.

Mr. Dwayne Melrose, President & CEO of the Company stated, “Mr. Bell brings a wealth of provincial mining experience to our Company and his knowledge and contacts are an excellent fit as our Company and Board of Directors continue to transition from exploration towards development.  We welcome Mr. Bell and are excited to have him as a new member of our team”.

Mr. John Watt has resigned from the Board of the Company.  Mr. Watt will continue his position as the Chief Financial Officer for the Company.  The Company would like to thank Mr. Watt for his long standing dedication to the Company.
